Is it from 10:59 to 11:00 pm the last day? Or is it 11:59 to 12:00 am of the first day or the next month?

You can earn it up to 23:59:59 server time on the last day of the month

I'm trying to be absolutely clear here. Does that mean 11:59 to 12:00 will NOT give you your EPH? therefore 10:59 to 11:00 is the last hour which grants you your hourly energy?

Or if the 12 hr/ 24 hr is confusing things: Is 22:59 to 23:00 the last hour you gain the hourly energy? or does 23:59 to 00:00 count

Since you start the new month with energy, I guess the last time to earn it in the old month is from 22:59 to 23:00. I'm not sure though. Ender could answer it.

10:59PM-11:00PM or 22:59-23:00 on the last day of the month is the last day of your eph (60) to be added to your monthly energy for that specific month. when the clock strikes 12:00AM or 00:00, your monthly energy will be reset as a starting point for next month's energy tally. that's how I understand it though. but you can still gain energy through attacking or dumping until 11:59PM or 23:59.

An answer from Ender would be definitive but for now I'll go with 22:59 to 23:00 is the last time EPH counts. Thanks guys.

I know this is going to confuse people even more but 2400 is actually 0000, so therefore it actually is the next day.

Well guys, apprently 24:00/00:000 DOES count. My plan to get a total of 666,666 energy failed. =C

Lyrad described it correctly. 11pm on the last day of the month is the last time you get EPH energy. The next one goes towards the next month.

Then can you explain why i ended with 666,726 energy, when I purposely set it so that the 11:00 hour made it land on 666,666?

Where are you getting the 666,726 value? I see 666,666.
