This has probably been suggested... hell Im probably the one who suggested it Im just too lazy to scroll down because Im a lazy bastard.
When you click back to fight list it should take you to whatever level you were looking at, not your level.
IE youre fighting someone at level 67 and you're 66 you click back to fight list you should see the 67 list and beable to choose a new target from them
