If one wants to compete for energy, they should build a whole bunch of energy dumpers? I haven't logged in for a while and was thinking about playing again. Just trying to understand how it goes down now, as I seem to run out of viable targets pretty darn quick....

Dumpers are the way to go.

Perfect builds that are hard to rape (even if freaked), that has a good ratio (around 1.0) to maintain 60 EPH.
