I have .17 ratio and am getting 40 - 50 kudos max from each training and have no weapons at lvl 28 with each training taking around 100 secs im unable to do anything. Other bots at level 28 get 300-400 kudos per training, why is this?

You need int to increase the kudos you gain from trains, also buying whatever armour and weapons(the best possible preferably) you can will help you beat train bots, ratio does not affect kudos gained.

Nope, ratio does not affect kudos gain against training bots. The formula involves your level, the training bot's level, how much damage you do, how much int you have, and any applicable buffs.
