Given the fairly wide range of things that "hacked" is used to describe, can you expand on what you mean? Without knowing more details, I'd suggest changing the password to the bot and, if you think it may have been compromised as well, the password to the registered email account (assuming that wasn't changed).

Feel free to bmail me if you don't want to share this on the public forums, but as many details as you have would be useful. I haven't seen evidence or heard news that suggests the game itself has a vulnerability that allows for bots to be hacked/stolen, but if there's anything that suggests this, please definitely let me know.
