So, has it been everyone experience that the better stats from heraldic gear beat opal in terms of experience? Heraldic might make me able to beat x-terminator more often, haven't tried b/c no storage room, but the loss of 30ish int points means I'll be getting much less exp as well. |

If you have very low base INT, Opal might be better for you in terms of EXP. If you already have a decent amount if INT, Heraldic will be better. |

Well I have 79, no where near half my level anymore as I let it lag behind to pump strength. I'll still be fighting with the Gaia Blade that I have freaked so no new weapon gains. |

I figured so I ignored it until I just switched out Opal Helm for heraldic head and can now beat El Terminator fairly often and get only a little less than I would with the Opal Helm. Pretty good considering droping 12 int. |

It's more important to beat trainbots than to have high INT. Look at Kudos, that thing trains for shit, he has 400+ INT, yet makes only 2-3M per train, because he can't beat any of the high trainbots. I'm not saying you should train with 10 base, but INT is highly overrated. |

Look at Kudos, that thing trains for shit, he has 400+ INT, yet makes only 2-3M per train, because he can't beat any of the high trainbots. I'm not saying you should train with 10 base, but INT is highly overrated. Neps has a great example there. Also, you could relate it to diminishing returns. You can reach a diminished return on int a lot sooner on other stats simply because there is more gear(including weapons) to get. Once you have the best gear available, the relative value of int should go up. However, the value of con/dex will increase as you level to beat the better trainbots. |
