Just saying it wouldn't be very good at competing against over lvl 150's

i wouldn't go for dooms, id prefer keep blasters til power mauls

At a certain point, freaking doesn't achieve anything. Like above 420 strength. At least I've found...

Just after blasters, with 364 base str, its better to start pumping dex, thats my opinion (never tested it though)
