That'd be the pure balanced route that it looks like you're going. But I'd recommend a dex heavier one once you get enough str for a kevlar set.

After avenger go to oblit - evo blade - behe blade - shadow enforcer - blood crescent - TA

whats a good level for oblit?

Depends on how much int you want, but it'll be over level 200.

yh lvl 200 with 70 base

Oblits are shit without extra str for better armors so it'll be higher than just 200.

I'm not sure which armors are best for training, but 200 is way too early for oblits that have int and aren't even freaked. If you want an exact build, wait for someone who actually has a leveler to give some insight.
