What's a good decent str to dex ratio ? And what lvls are dex bots useful at ?

1:2 Str:dex works well, id say 160+

Dex bots are ok at level 160+. Balanced is a better bet in this level range though.

Oblits with 364 str are best at 197ish+ and from there over powered dex is the best way to go.

Dex (Castrator) is also pretty decent around 115-120ish.

Not still. Having 364 base strength o equip kevlar + her feet isn't "dex" build, but yes it was what I was referring to when I said "over powered" dex build.

not entirelly, castrators are quite good at 115-120. Though yes, the majority of the remaining dex builds do suck. Their weapon damage (due to low stregnth) and block just can't measure up to the weapon damage (due to high str) and absorb that the higher strength grants the majority of strength bot builds.
