That is my current build. I can consistently beat the lvl 180 trainer in 8-12 seconds for 750k exp. Is this a good exp rate for my level? Any suggestions for gear changes/goals? Not really sure where to go next.

If leveling is all you're doing you should consider doing a balanced build (roughly 1:1 str dex ratio).

When I hit 100 I'll have 35+5 redistribution points. Do you recommend moving 40 str over to dex and work on evening them out from there?
