That's an ok no-freaked build. To freak that build you first need to equip armors with the best +str/+dex bonuses to get the doom mauls and then you need to equip armors with the best +str bonuses to have the highest str you can get. Then you should equip armors with high defense and, in the case of a unique equip, with good con and dex bonuses.

These are general guidelines to freaking a bot :)
