Hey great to be back! Alright staright to the point.... I can only get on the internet from my droid phone, and I can train and use the workshop just fine, however in the showroom I can't scroll down in the list of weapons, armor, or shields. Basically I'm screwed because I can't buy any decent weapons

go to workshop > settings > mobile settings & then disable the scroll bar

What Rose said. You also may want to increase the text size and the default zoom on your phone. Makes clicking those links and shopping a lot easier.
