how can somebody be in an unknown place?

If a page doesn't set its location, it gets set to a default "unknown" state. This can currently happen in a couple cases like when you try to train/fight and your bot is already battling. They're on my list and will be fixed at some point.

You can also be "lost in space" :D

Or as Jans said to me, it happens when you train or fight and go do something else like look at the showroom.

Hm, that's only part of it :P

I said im too impatient to wait for fights to finish (i has lots of con), and start clicking around in the meantime. Then i return to the fight list, and click 'fight' & 'back' until my bot is ready for another fight.

I always open a 2nd tab so I can sit and watch the forum.

Same here I usually have a tab open for everything.
