bugs

Don't really know if it's a bug. But in the old days you could fight your bot, and you still can, though I did lose money to my other bot, and also got experience from that fight. They we're both online at the same time, and also logged on the same IP-adres.

Shouldn't this be prevented so that you can't give your new bot loads of money when he needs it?


Ps. Don't really know if someone else already noticed this, and if it's on the todo list. Just pointing it out...

Why must they change this? it's good to fight your own whore bots.

I wasn't planning on restricting self-attacks. Do people want it?

Even if it's prevented people will still find ways to do it anyway, so nah.

well, in the old days, we could attack our own bots, but it was like attacking your clanmates - no kudos, no xp, no cl.sc (energy).

to be honest i dont think it poses to much of a worry because in order for someone to use that sort of method effectively they would have to do something like

have a lv 80 bot gaining money from trains

then have a second level 70 bot (not sure on the level depends on the restriction for how high a level you can fight) fighting the lv 80 bot to gain more money

but in order to beat the bot the lv 80 one would have to be very weak and would thus probally end up with a low ratio from being attacked by other players

so you would not gain much exp from it and it would take much longer to get to lv 80 where you would be able to train off the ssame bot and gain money alone

so allthough people might do it for a quick fix of money i think just the amount of tweaking and planning it would require to use that method effectivly would put alot of people off the idea

well I only did it, because my lower levelled bot had more kudos. Since getting kudos from training fights goes so slow, I let my lower bot attack my higher and of course lost. So I was able to transfer the amount of kudos I needed on my primary bot.

But I thought it was also possible if you managed to whore your bot down for one or two fights so the weaker one could win.

Though I don't really bother this, I just thought to let the 'problem' know to you guys
