By mistake I promoted one NC bot to owner rank. It asked me if I was sure and since it was a error, I cancel it. However, the promotion was realized. This can be a problem if the owner of one clan errors when promoting someone. Luckily it happened in my dumper clan.

is this happening to other people or just me? Can anyone try this?

I tried it and cancel worked fine. You must've accidentally hit ok.

I tried it in chrome and it worked fine. The problem is when I do it on IE (Version 9).

Regardless whether there is a problem with the confirmation or not, i think it's wrong the promotion select-thingy picks the highest possible rank as default value. The lowest rank should be default.

I agree that it would be better for it to default to the lowest rank. I'll look into the confirmation too.

I changed the sorting so that lowest rank comes first.

Also, I looked into the confirmation issue and was not able to reproduce the problem. I'm guessing you accidentally clicked "OK".

I tried more than one time. I just tried again with the new rank sorting with my whore clan Ephemera and it keeps doing the same thing... Idk if its relevant but the cancel button appears in portuguese lol

That's very odd. I can't reproduce the problem and I haven't heard about it from anyone else, so I'm not sure what to do. My only idea at this point is to have you take a screencap of the bug so I can see what's happening, but I know that's a lot to ask. I think that's where we're at though if we want to look into this any further.

I think the problem might be with you using Internet explorer it's for ever causing problem for me if I use it for anything it's training up kudos

It's probably the web browser some of.the one don't work well Fox fire and chrome work the best

Print screen?

Well I thought that screencap could be print screen but I wasn't sure... I'll do it when I get some spare time.

Screencap = screen capture = take a video of the bug happening

Do people still use FRAPS for that or is there something better nowadays? I haven't done a screencap in awhile so I'm not sure.
