So...Figured it out.
Why str bots still hit like dex bots.

Hitchance : 100 * (attack_rating / (attack_rating + defense_rating))

In the workshop, it gives your defense rating.
Maybe, just maybe, Ender has it backwards. Maybe he is using your defense rating in your hitchance.

Can you confirm or deny this Ed?

I don't see why everyone thinks the hit chance is incorrect.

According to the formula, I should have a hit chance of ~83.425% against TX-666. And after 420 trains (and over 3000 hits), I've had an actual hit chance of 83.311%. Seems about right to me.

Because people only remember the bad and ignore the good, thus it seems like they lose/miss/get blocked a lot more often than really happens.

I looked through the code. It uses the attacker's attack rating and defender's defense rating:

min(95, max(5, 100 * $ar / ($ar + $dr))) / 100

lol and if the deffender is a strength bot hes obviously gonna have better armor than you of course str rules
