When the captcha page appears nothing was displayed. Link to screen shot below.

I've tried refreshing a few times, changing target and logging out to no avail.

It's been fine all evening only in the last few minutes stopped working.

I had the same thing for about 5min, but it started to work again.

Likewise, 3 of us on IRC (Nos, Slammer and myself have had this at different times over the past 45 mins or so)

Yeah it has started working properly again now. Maybe it's an issue with captcha themselves.

Sorry for the trouble, not sure what happened here. Thanks to the two of you that sent me Facebook messages about this - I saw them right as I was leaving work tonight and was able to disable captcha for the evening to minimize impact, so the outage only lasted for ~30 minutes I believe.

Anyway, I've re-enabled captcha and it looks to be working fine now. If this reoccurs, please post a screenshot that includes the console log. There could maybe be some relevant info there. You can bring this up in Chrome with F12.

Happening for me right now. Using my android phone and default browser. I'll just go to bed now.

If you can reproduce it on a computer, can you post a screenshot with the console log visible? For what it's worth, Nosferatu was on IRC so I forced a captcha on him and he confirmed he was able to view/complete it.

it was happening to me last night, sorry no screenshot, but if you reload the page enough, it finally works, maybe it just doesnt like to display certain captcha images

oh, and i was using safari at that time

What's the console log?

Press F12 (on chrome) and then click Console on the blue tab

Copy and paste any error messages that show up (red)

ctrl + shift + j

will open up the console log in one go. Also works on Firefox.

Though generally use IE because it doesn't have the time lag that Chrome does.

I'm still getting this but it only presents on my phone. Android version 4.0.4 the LG Showtime. Default browser. Haven't tried chrome.

i use chrome and i had this problem yesterday, waited an hour or so then tried again which by then it was working.

With the default browser it would display after refreshing once. I tried using chrome and it works fine on the phone. It even auto scrolls to keep the view on the bottom the fight log which the default couldn't for some reason

Sounds like a problem with the default Android browser then. Chrome is probably much better supported anyways so I'd recommend you continue using that.

If anyone is still having problems on desktops, a screenshot of the page with your console open would help.
