the action (!jane) in order to see a broad ETA is no longer working. Not just me but for a few folks

Thanks, fixed it with a reboot.

(This issue sometimes happens, and I'm not sure why. I haven't looked into it because a reboot resets it and I'm planning to rewrite the bot soon for the move from IRC to Discord.)
