Perhaps a "set" of armor with it's own unique abilities. For instance, a helm, chest armor, gloves, boots, weapon and shield could be known as Ender's Magnificient Set, so to speak, each piece of the set adding more bonuses. Sets could be a different color in the work shop say blue.
Thanks.

Are you looking for set items like in Diablo 2? When you complete the whole set, you have more bonuses than any of the individual parts. I can't say if I'd be for or against it. |

Sorry to say I am against, I think it would add even more towards the "only make perfect builds" attitude because if the set was good everybody would get it, else nobody would. |

I'm against *extra* bonus points when you have a complete set. |

I would be totally against sets of gear because that would, even more than now, chisel out set builds. |

Agreed, but being able to mix up stats as you like (as opposed to simply piling on extra bonus stats) would add a new factor to build design, no? |

Reminds me of set bonuses in WoW whereby if you have 2 parts of a set you get a couple seconds off a cooldown or something, 4 pieces and an ability does something extra and the whole set maybe and extra 50 on a stat. that sort of gear took allot of work to get, 10, 25 and 40 man raids which took hours and had to be done weekly or for pvp stuff you had to get to a certain rank of win a certain amount of points to purchase. all that would be replaced by a long ass camp or ordering with stars lol. |
