I think it'd be way better if there was a way to navigate between forum categories without having to go back to the main one.

Perhaps it could go between the large heading and the current navigation links, and look like this:

Questions - Hints - Suggestions - Bugs - Clans - Introductions - Complaints - Miscellaneous - Marketplace

Yeah, awesome.

Yeah :) and put it at the bottom of the thread too so I don't have to go back to the top if it's a long scroll, and no I never my window is never long enough for the menu to float.

I personally like to keep the main forum index page open and open subforums with new posts in new tabs. This makes it so that when you reset the forum status, newer posts made while you were reading will stay marked new.

I'm not sure I'd want to add this to the "official" interface at the risk of cluttering things, but it seems like a simple enough browser extension to make if you're so inclined.

And btw, suggestions is actually id 4 and bugs is 3. I messed up the order when originally creating the subforums from memory, but had enough foresight at the time to create a separate ordering field, so I was able to correct the display order. :P

The Jump to 1 2 3 4 5 should be at the top also?

Perhaps just at the bottom then? I don't think it's terribly cluttered down there?
