But how about we extend that & to allow attacks to all bots in your range both above & below you? The same as Bots2 war conditions, as technically all bots are at war now :)

Well, the thing with that is though, the lower levels could still get cs and contribute on bots2, now they would get energy... to be raped by higher level bots and lose all of their energy.

downraping and stealing energy = no revenge attacks = yes wider margin to attack upwards = don't see why not
