i asked you to get of my thread if you weren't bidding. you said no. i consider that spamming. and apparently the mods arent doing their jobs if they're going to let childish crap like this go on.

Just because it's 'your thread' doesn't mean you get to decide what people may or may not post ;)

Sorry dude, but you're wrong. People can post whatever the hell they want. There is even a warning upon entering the forums that they are very lightly moderated.

Every post in that thread is completely on topic, so i dont see the problem. I get that you dont like it, but that's not a forum rule ;)

This thread pops up whenever someone makes some posts that someone else disagrees with. There are mods and they do their job mostly invisibly.

I assume you are talking about this thread:

http://bots4.net/forum/9/2612

If you aren't bidding get off my thread.

That's not a rule. People are allowed to make non-bid posts in that subforum:

  • If someone thinks you're selling something at a bad price, they can say so.
  • If someone thinks you're selling something at a good price, they'll probably bid.
  • If someone starts spamming complaints about people not letting them out of a subway car before trying to get in (seriously, you'll get in faster if you just move over and let me out), it will likely be deleted for being off-topic.

Should moderators get a tag like you ender just so people know there are some out there? (or do they already have one and I'm silly?(or am I always silly?(or is this a dream within a dream?)))

Yes you are correct Nos. IIRC means if I remember correctly, or at least that's what I meant when I used it.

In that case, I don't recall Ender ever putting "name plates" under the mods he has created.

Maybe you were drunk that day.

Yes, the mods had tags at first, but they didn't like the spotlight and felt it was intimidating to other people, making it harder to fit in, etc. I'm fine with this as they can do their job mostly invisibly/unobtrusively anyway.

I don't drink, but apparently I skipped that day.
