Would it be a good ideal if we couldn’t see the opponents armours and weapons when attacking them as this allows you to know their build, which I find unfair.
Also could we have a few extra armours / weapons? This could make builds much more interesting, as the game seems to be more about builds

I agree with most, apart from hiding the weapon, I understand the weapon can give away everything about the bot, but I don't see how we can do it without making the fights look boring.

I agree with hiding the armor. That would be best, that way you never know exactly how much str/dex a bot you are fighting has. Even if you can see a bots weapons you'd never know its build (just a rough estimate) there are numerous ways to tweak a bot to get slightly different results

How many of us look at the fights while playing, unless ofc you want to work out a build.

I don't agree with any of this but... This is getting pretty extreme. You would have to change a lot to stop it from showing someone basic build. Like double blocks and how hard you get hit because if you got hit extremely hard consistently then you could guess they were a str build. And so and and so forth...

It's doesn't matter if you know they are str or not, there are dozens of possible weapons they could be using.

Then it shouldnt matter if you know their weapons...

I vote hide the armor. Let the weapons be free!

If you know their weapon you know the basic amount of str and dex they have and you also can decipher their armors from that.

That is why you need to hide the weapon.

"It's doesn't matter if you know they are str or not, there are dozens of possible weapons they could be using."

And by estimating their str and monitoring their min and max damage, you could "easily" find out what weapons they are using.

It's impossible to hide numbers, people will always figure out a way to find them.

You would have to calculate their possible damage out put by factoring in your own absorb, let's face it fuck all people would be willing to do that, lol.

Only one person has to do the math, then some asshole (like me) will create something that will show your opponent's build and equipment in some fancy box :)

Whats the point the only people who would want to know your builds now will be the same ones who will do the work to find them out. Some people just attack while others plan their attacks.

Get rid of them. What is the point of knowning your opponents armours and weapons.

Whats the point of knowing? Whats the point of not knowing?

There is no effect. Why keep your build in secret, It would take to much work to figure out a persons build completely. Also, who cares?

Where does it even show the armor?

Someone can know your exact build by you weapon(only if you meet min requirements) I have way more stats than my weapon even requires. The advantage is there as long as they know if you are str balanced or dex. And that would still be easy to figure out. So why go through all the work of changing it for very little benefits.

In Bots2, while fighting you could see the damaged done to yours and your opponents weapons/armour, I belive this will also happen in the new game. Sorry but I cannot see the point in showing the opponents weapons/armours
during a fight. It would be very easy to leave out, if only to please a few.

But at the same time, who cares if they are left out. If you guys want to take out the part of the game. Just make it so the fights show who wins after waiting (Total_attempts*.800) seconds. If you guys want this, then go for it. Until then, leave it in the game.

Hmm, I agree about the armour damage, shouldn't show your opponent when your armour is damaged.

Since this game has turned into real wars it is vitally important that you hide as much information about your bot as possible.

Yeah I agree on this. You still could see the damage tho. You know then you fight new targets once you see their weapon you stop fighting them becoz : OMG its exaliburs at 125lvl he will destroy me! In this new way you will need like 10 fights to finaly realise that your much weaker and damn that bot has really strong build and weapons :)

This makes no logical sense. In a physical fight you can see, with your eyes what weapon someone is holding and what armour they are wearing so why in blue hell should that be changed for the game? and how the hell is the game screen going to read? if it aint broke don't fix it.
