I think that it would be appropriate to have this as some well planned & stated ideas just aren't going to happen. Whether it would unbalance the game, create too much hassle, etc... I think a sub forum could be used as a good reference for those mentioning ideas that have been stated previously. You could simply refer to the NGTH thread and lock their post.
