I think you got confused Alan, Drunk Ville wanted to have more chances to attempt to hit in a fight before you automatically lose. At the minute its about 95 seconds with the 250% speed buff, and then you get exhausted. He'll be hitting that limit a lot with broken bottles on (I'm assuming Conned) ratio whores.

That being said, it's not an actual problem and a bit of a waste of development time.
