I think there should be a treasury sort of system for stars in the clan. Like you can put a star into the treasury that the owner of the clan can distribute to clan members and you can also buy stars for your clan that are used to help others.

Then the treasury runs out and the clan dies RIIIIP $500 worth of stars. :[

There could be a record of who bought the stars for the clan and when they leave/clan gets disbanded the stars go to that person.

I like that idea, so you can select to temp to a person or a clan and then have the clan ID put into the temp slot. But yes then they are managed by the clan owner/high rankers.

Internal clan competitions are pretty common, so this seems like a good idea to allow easier star pooling. The actual mechanics would have to be worked out, but I'm imagining a system where you can loan x number of stars to your clan for y months which allows the owner (or maybe those with a new permission) to distribute (temp) them. Disbanding the clan would simply terminate the loan, thus returning the stars to the original owner sooner than expected.

All that being said, low priority, but I like it. :)

Could it not work how the normal stars work now? once their temped they will be their for x amount of days?

I wouldn't get bogged down in the details right now, but yeah, I see these being subject to timelock too.
