Is there or will there be anything in future implements that would allow players to purchases Stars without using a Credit Card or Pay Pal.

Like :

Dao Pay ( Pay by Phone ) You will be provided with a 900 number and special code. Call the number, follow the instructions and wait on the line. The call will be billed to your phone.

Or even through Mobile

That requires a third party.
Ender is one guy. What is going on now is fine.

If you don't have a credit card, you can set up pay pal with a bank account (I think you need to send bank information by mail though), or get a prepaid credit card.

Also, another way to get stars is to make a really good bot, put it in the marketplace forum and sell it for stars. No need for paypal or anything, I'd still suggest getting Ender or someone you and the other party trusts to be the middle man in the transaction

Some people have asked me about Neteller, but I'm not familiar with it. I'm not familiar with the pay-by-phone thing either. I think PayPal is pretty easy to use, but is it not available in some countries or something? All you should need is a bank account or credit card. And I don't know if I'd be willing to take money by snail mail because that seems kind of risky.

Could technically do like, Wire transfers from bank to bank account, though I guess the buyer would have to cover the charges/taxes?

I'll buy Stars for FG if anyone wants to do that lmk.

You could get a P.O. box ender, I'm not sure of the price of that but that might be a more acceptable idea than giving out your address.

I meant risky in the sense that the money could be lost.

I don't mind giving out my address (just do a domain WHOIS).

Well, if you did you would just have to make it clear that the sender assumes all the risks.
