atleast with jansindex ratio made a little bit of difference and it would also help out the high levels with gaining more so i thought it be a good idea bringing it back :)

The clan race should be about who knocks out the highest numbers. Not who can pack their clan with idle, high level, ratioed bots.

I am not. In theory energy should encourage clans to fight against each other, but now best players are people who have most bots to farm energy from and attack this own bot. Janindex wasnt best thing, but at least it was better and healthier competition back when. You had to play with your main bot, now some people log in to they main just to read pms/forums while still can farm energy...

JI helped experienced players too much, the game needs to help the new guys, not let bots like Lyrad and similar idle in a clan and get high energy scores with no effort

That has nothing to do with JI though. That's because there's no diplomacy in Bots4.

We already used similar methodology for awhile (March 2012 - October 2012). Although beit a little on the extreme side, it showed how broken the system is. A lot of already established bots just coasted on free energy. Myriad being the most extreme example, got 700k energy (2nd place) with 2 minimal EPH dumpers, almost all free energy from the system.

Of course the lazy side of me would love to have the system back, but it would just be terrible for the game in general.

I loved the old system, it gave more mix up for the competition cause of diplomacy also clans voluntarily could have so called real wars. I cant really see any benefits of this new system over the old one. How is it easier for new players or new clans any way? Its the same, same whores , same whore clans exept that u need to rape yourself with those whores.

You are mistaking liking diplomacy with liking Jansindex. Jansindex was just a calculation that give your earned clan score more value in clan rankings. It literally rewarded higher level players more, per click, than lower level players. Clans don't need to "volunteer" to do real wars anymore, they can just do it (Gpof had a nice picture on his profile, but hes replaced it).

The new system is great for new players. Look at Pothead. Completely new to the game and got 4th in his first month, without (m)any dumpers. That can be done by any player in any clan, without requiring them to join an existing, well established clan to "unlock" whores to attack (which is how diplomacy worked)

And now this system literally is rewarding lower level bots. There is a lot of people who never ever level ups or resets as soon as possible to stay at one level. So its basically same shit. At least you were forced to keep leveling your bot and playing with it. But thats completely different topic.
