I hadn't logged on to my bot in like a week. I logged on, and my bot had been attacked like 200 times. This is to be expected of course. But my ratio was trashed because I lost nearly every single fight in the past few days. That's because as my bot levels up, higher bots with more str/dex/con and better equipment can attack me, but until I log on, my bot does not change.

So my suggestion is that the experience you gain from offline fights should not be applied until you log in next. So say you're level 36 and your bot gains enough exp to get to level 40 overnight. Your bot would stay level 36, and only be available to attack by bots level 36 and under, until the moment you log in, at which time your bot jumps to level 40. This should help curb rape on less active bots.

In bots2, undistributed points when offline were applied to CON to battles that happened. I like your suggestion for my own bots but dislike it when leveling :<

This is a pretty interesting idea. In bots2 when you leveled up, the game would automatically distribute the points to con and then allow you to redis when you log in. But, that wasn't always the most beneficial.

This way, your ratio gets saved to what it should be based on how good your bot is, not on how good it is after you've leveled while offline.

Interesting idea. I dont know if it's easy to implement though, keeping xp 'in reserve' until you log on. The 'points to distribute' functionality is already there, so adding them to Con during offline fights is a relative simple adjustment.

(and while adding those unspent points to Con might not be the most beneficial, it's of course your own responsibility. You're the one who've left your bot unchecked)

The only way I could see it being abused is if you had a bot on a particular level, and another bot on the same level. You whore one bot, and attack the other one with it as many times as possible (are we still using the term rape?), then put back the proper gear and log off. Rinse and repeat and you could jump a lot of levels when you log back in with the other bot. You could feasibly avoid 10+ levels by doing so.

I'm probably just going to go with the tried and true unused points to con approach. It's easier to implement and should hopefully solve this problem.

If you don't want to lose energy and ratio, don't be so IA. Problem solved.
