For a long time now, category 2 in the tourney has been the most populous cat in the game, reaching >20 entrants regularly. Given that it has a very large range from level 201-300, this also puts bots under 250 at a significant disadvantage. For comparison, that is the equivalent of having a cat from 101-150, and you can imagine how bots below 125 would fare in that instance.

I feel like now is as a good a time as any to split the cat into 201-250 and 251-300.

This should have been done in the second edition of the tournament. Having the double of participants of other cats and seeing that optimal builds below 250 barely have a chance in entering top10 are proofs that this split is needed.

Sounds like a reasonable change to me. I'll look into doing this.
