This i believe is worth doing I have Bmails: 3,290 Messages: 30,183

And I can't seem to find some bmails people have sent me so would be good to he able put in a persons bot/user name and be able to bring up all there messages rather than hunting through loads of pages looking for one bmail

Haha. Just kidding, you stay you man. I would rather have a search function for a word in your bmails.

Search by recipient would be easy/useful and I do intend to add that at some point.

Generic search by text would be hard because I can't just leverage Google like I've done for forum search, but implementing something for this myself isn't out of the question as a feature for further down the road.
