when somebody responds its shit that you have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to read it

so maybe it can be changed so the latest bmail is at the top of the page?

ALSO

maybe you can set it up so when your responding to somebody you can see what there last message said so if its a long message you dont have to open a new page so you can read everything once again

There was an extension or something similar that showed bmails in reverse order. I can't be bothered searching it so don't ask what was it and how it works.

Being able to see bmail itself while drafting your reply is a reasonable change. I'll think about how to change the bmail reply workflow (as well as forum thread reply workflow since it's basically the same).

For reverse ordering, point taken about it being annoying to have to scroll, but I worry that that could be a confusing default. It also seems like it would go against usual forum-style convention of using chronological order. Maybe as an alternative, when opening a bmail with unread messages, maybe it could scroll you automatically to the first unread message?

(Side note: I get around these "limitations" using the "end" button on the keyboard and separate tabs, respectively. You ideally wouldn't have to do these sorts of things, but those are some options in the meantime while I'm working on this.)

ive bmails that are 900 messages long and still going strong you have to press end about 10 times to get to the bottom lol

Out there kind of thinking but why not chat on one of the many many many other messaging things that exist. If you're that frequently in contact surely sharing an email address or something wouldn't be a hassle?

To your point though they could simply be collapsed like email chains in gmail etc and expanded in the unlikely event they are required ie "view previous messages".

I was going to leave this but...

So basicly because you're a dickhead someone should change something that doesn't need changing? Cool! When it comes to messaging there's so many options, if you choose none of them then you deserve the inconvenience :p
