Those aren't countries, but having no flag is also an option. Could do some ascii art in your bot profile though

Yeah you could always include a pride flag or whatever you were wanting via an Imgur link on your profile but yeah, I think the country flags should just represent countries.

How 'bout a toggle where we can fly out country's flag upsidedown, at very least then?

(though I still just think ornamental flags such as a pride flag are a great idea since the country field, as opposed to something like gender field and such, comes with the cool cosmetic that shows up throughout game and outside of simple profile)

As it stands, that dropdown is Country so a Pride flag probably wouldn't make much sense there. If it was changed to just "Flag", then sure why not.

On the specific idea, I have no current plans to add non-country flags at the moment. I'm not against the idea of different ornamental flags at some point, but it would need to be a new setting.

Meta comment: I deleted some posts. Let's not discuss the election or politics on these forums. Let's treat this game as an escape from that - there are other online places to do that if you want to.

Sorry, I have to lock this thread. I asked for folks to stop posting election/political content because I don't think this game is a good place for it, but it's still being posted (I just deleted ~10 more posts). If this spreads to elsewhere on the forum, I'll have to start handing out mutes. Please just stop.

I'll consider the original idea for the future, but right now I have no plans to add anything beyond the existing location-based "where in the world are you from?" setting. There's no problem with the idea, I just have no immediate plans to do it.
