Sure there could be, but then you may as make it like bots2 where it costs a third to insure the rest.

Personally I like the way insurance is, especially buying it off that shady insurance guy, I still don't trust him.

It still costs one third to insure, only now you can only insure up to 3M. BOTS2 insurance was actually more lenient, now you can only insure certain amounts. For example, if you have 300k, you can't pay 100k to insure 200k when you log back in. You can only insure 100k, and pay 50k to do so, leaving you with 450k, 300k of which is uninsured.

I prefer the old insurance system, it was more user-friendly, imo.

The new system has advantage and disadvantages over the old one. The old one didn't allow you to choose how much of your money to risk or not risk. It was all or nothing. The new system allows provides a finer granularity for choosing what to insure, but at the cost of not always being able to insure all you have.

So perhaps a few more options could make both sides agreable?
