I tried fighting a lvl 45, and it said im up to know good...

Whoops, that was a bug. A misplaced parentheses was causing a rounding error and making the system think you were trying to fight someone outside of your allowed range (from your level up to 1.35 * your level).

Anyway, this is fixed now. Thanks for reporting it!
