Using them for "temp" star bonuses would be awesome. Extra stash space and ordering for a "set" amount of time. ^^

On topic, I would like to see achievement points go towards buying features that can't be obtained in any other way, kinda like stars in a way.

Something like perks, eg.
armour breaker - damage your opponent's armour every time you hit them
transparent - your gear damage messages aren't shown to your opponent
smiter - add a small amount of damage for a shield bash at the end of each round of attempts

etc.

armor breaker is a bit OP i think, but otherwise i like this 'Perks' idea.

I'd just limit it to one perk per maybe 50/100 level though or smth like that, besides the achievement point req.
