You do realize that on bots2 there were around 10 people on bots2 with over 500k wins and around 1 mill cs? neps has only done like 50% of what others have done. And we never used to have buffs.

This is bots4 not bots2,so making comparisons is pointless.

In this game it is fair to say that neps is currently dominating :)

Bots2 was online for almost a decade. What 2002 until 2010?

Bots4 has been online less than a year, and yet he still has accomplished "50%" of what was accomplished by a Bots2 player. Zal, I think you just gave him even more credit.

Alright. I'll go back a bit. stu had 375,133 wins October 10/2005. stu and Black And White was around quite a bit earlier than that, so I do digress that neps wins are a bit more impressive than stu's 3 years or so of gaining wins on bots2. For quite a while they had an advantage with milking too, where rapes would reset by logging back into a bot. So there, neps accomplishments are around the same to me because we have grown better at making whores, we have buffs and have better weapons/armors than the early days of bots2. Answerers are still pro mind you lol.

Oh, and odd happenstance: dragonrose has been talking about this game being different than bots2 for about a year now. If anything bots4 is easier so that is why I don't give the same respect I do to bots4 players as I do bots2 players.

I understand the game design isn't the same, but none-the-less, what neps has accomplished, not only in wins but everything else he has done, is no small feat.

That being said, you take any "veteran" player, or someone who can not only adapt to a newer system but has knowledge of the system as a whole, and throw him from an old game to a newer one he will excel.

Just take a look at almost every player who in on top of each category, not only almost on a monthly basis, but as a whole as they stand now and they are all dominated by players who have played the game for a very good amount of time.

In the end, experience trumps all.

Also the fact that he is basically the king of 'online time' helps him out a lot :P

Of course. Almost any game, whether it be online or offline (even), the more time you invest the higher you are going to(should) be.

neps played time: Played time: 136 days, 17 hours, 29 minutes, 15 seconds [9 hours, 28 minutes per day]

If I played around 9.5 hours per day I bet I would be lots more productive too :P

I don't think I'm ultra-special or anything because of Top Wins or Top Level, mechanical stuff like that. That is basically, yeah, just online time and basic botbuilding sense. I have the advantage of being around computers a lot, all throughout my average day.

What I pride myself if in is my ability to multitask, and find synergy in otherwise independent processes. Without it, I wouldn't be able to keep track and maintain all these #1 spots simultaneously, and prioritize not to mention remain a functional human being. :)

Based on total playtime of 27 years, 32 days, 42 minutes, 33 seconds and total bots of 18,808

the avg playtime a bot has is 45,418 seconds or about 12 hours
