Well you can only dump so fast, plus he's having to multilog like crazy to keep up with wins on his dumpers and NCing back and fourth and getting repair costs and yada yada. And the offset uses your eph in the formula, so his offset gets divided severely.

I score relatively the same amount a day, and my EPH remains relatively constant throught the day, so my offset isn't supposed to change.
