As a semi active player, and as always being an active forum reader (granted I am a little drunk) judging off of the history of this game (dating back to bots2) I will say that Eternals run is over. With Neps selling out, which is proof to the rest of bots4 that he is quiting, with Draoi being done (because as much work as he put into his bot, then Ender changing the energy system, he won't reset his bot he will quit until the game adapts to a point to were it is a beneficial for him to play again. Escapsim has a grasp on the current game at hand, and eternal will not play them in their own game (which is funny because that is the same gane that eternal won for months...
Funny thing, you know what floR knew (and Ender didn't) and I could spend a lot of time arguing this point, but I'm not for the sake of my own sanity, is that freaked builds are the death of this game, and you all can take that for whatever you want, but there was a reason that floR never allowed those principles to come through, and now that thats what this game has evolved into, it will die.
Here's a great question; if Ender had never banned Tintin for cheating, where would this game be right now? Because what it comes down to is the core concepts of cheating. The basic philosophy of bots2 was that freaking was cheating, to the point to were it was not even allowed. Again, I am an ignorant american who has had way to much Evan Willaims to even speak a bit of truth, but truth be told if Tintins clan had kept going and there was a constant battle between 1st and second (12Monkeys and Black and White, Black and White and Immortalis, Immortalis and Rapture, Rapture and Boondocks, ect) this game would keep going, but one clan had control and it died. I know it's dead because of the online times that I see, and you are all niave to think that it is not, it is wishful thinking at best. Don't sit there and say that auto clicking was the crime, EVERYONE was auto clicking, weather they admit to it at not, regardless of their own pride, or self ego, arrogance, everyone cheated. I'd be willing to bet that even stu00 cheated, (stu00 out clanscored Roffler when Roffler was ACing on three bots, it is mathmacitally impossible for stu00 to beat him at a cheaters game)
I don't know what the point to this post is, because I am heavily drunk, but I LOVE bots, and I really hope it doesn't die out during an Escpaism run. Just all food for thought.

Freaking has absolutely nothing to do with Eternals past success or Escapisms current. Freaking allows those who use dumpers to win marginally faster. No one attempts to score against a 133 blaster build freaked or not.
The top monthly energy at this moment is Benny, a plain 80 answerer build.

i agree with fishwicks post and that mostly everyone that plays this game doesnt autoclick. people spend alot of time on here getting alot of energy.

well ender found out many of bots that was cheating using auto clicker and banned them this is a let down but on every game their will always be a cheat no matter what.
i 100% agree with you fishwick too maybe thats why in bots2 all the clans could compete with each other because everybody was scoring with an auto clicker..
i hope it doesn't kill off the game because escapism are on a little run hopefully able to extend it..
neps quit/sold everything/went NC for a few months and now without him eternal can no longer rely on neps to gain most of the energy with them guys only scoring their bit when they want to
take this month for example they haven't really put up a fight again ok rivan and thing scored this month which made a difference maybe its reality taking over for a few months.

As someone actually in a position to say how widespread autoclicking is, it's not. I've manually tested a number of top players and though some of them have been caught and dealt with, they are a minority.
I deal with all cheaters the same. Maybe it would have been better for competition to have let some stay, but that's not the kind of game I'm interested in running. There's been a 10-20% decline in visits year over year, so the game hasn't grown as much as I've wanted it to, but this is far from death.
As for freaking, as others have pointed out, it doesn't really affect the clan competition that much because it's just not how the game is played at that level.
Posts like this are fun because they spark some forum activity/discussion, but this is really just FUD.

I was in top clans for the majority of my bots2 career, never got offered an auto clicker. How unfair :(

roff didnt had AC when stu made his scores i believe, and he was some way behind stu anyway. That AC from all star was slower than a fully commited player anyway (but AC doesnt get fatigued and you can watch TV with it).
Only score that i believe was not legit, and flor didnt do anything to delete it, was when blademaster punched 200k cs in one month. Previous record was around 105k cs. Believe what you want, but it was not doable without AC. At the time i had much better whores and still couldnt keep up with his scoring rate.
As for this game, Civillian was flawed, it looked strong but it actually was not. And eternal, the guys are just lazy. I still believe its not only neps, i was in there tbh, its just that people went away from game for the time being, or went out to spice competition in game (jk, i think im the only one that went out of Eternal and gave up on free platinums to spice competition in game :D )

Actually, you're wrong. Roffler always cheated. His bot The Roffler was locked many time because of him cheating. When his main bot was banned and stu00 made a brief comeback Roffler was using the bots Mr. and Mrs. Jones (it was either Jones, or Fiber) Both of those bots eventually became whores in the clan slut0rama. But the significant thing there is the fact that stu00 outscored roffler on 3 bots (roffler with 2) and at the time stu00 was using harder whores (not one hitters like Roffler) so either he was awake 20 hours of the day, or he was cheating.
People don't like to hear about cheating because they are in denial, more people cheat than would ever admit to it (and why would they admit to it? What do they gain from that but a loss in ego and moral standing) Roffler was not using All-Stars clicker, and All-Stars clicker worked like a charm. Jans has a picture of All-Stars clicker some where saved in his files, I wish he could post it so you all could see what it looked like, I don't have it. But a LOT of people used that clicker, he sold them for $50 a pop. And he was pretty dumb and would sell them to anyone and everyone. He got banned because of his name many of times (he wasn't smart enough to make a bot with a different name, he thought the game was lame and he frankly didn't give a fuck
If you logically think about the way the game grew 100k clan score was the impossible number to break. When stu00 finally did he was awarded and treated like a God. Once clickers got in rotation, everyone could do it, did that its self not seem a little fishy?
All-Star cheated, The Roffler cheated, The Warden cheated, 8th Wonder cheated, Viper-X cheated, Tintin cheated, Dakovoo cheated, Nickacc cheated, (those were just the players that got caught)
Now again, this is where the logic part comes in. If those guys are using auto clickers that click links the second they appear, without missing a beat, and people out clan scored them how could they be doing it legitly? They couldn't. That would be like some one riding in the tour de france and lapping Lance Armstrong then to come back and say that they did it clean, but in bots tons of players beat these guys numbers. The only way that could be done is by clicking.
Now how do I know this? Roffler had an amazing clicker. He had a clicker that would click the link instantly, put in the captha for him, then after the rape it would go back through the fight list and pick new targets for him. He also used a WEB ACCELERATOR to speed up fights. Thats how he gained 70k clans score on 3 different bots in a week, then floR was like wah? and he was banned. He got careless and said fuck it, went balls to the wall and out with a bang.
So people ask, if everyone was cheating why did everyone get caught? I would assume that Ender catches people cheating based off of patterns. So if he sees someone who is clicking the link the second it appears every single time perfectly, then they are obviously cheating. But as floR cracked down on cheaters, cheaters got smarter. There were clickers that were made that would click with a delay. So instead of clicking the link the second it appeared it would wait a spilt second, one second, two seconds, at random intervals, so that way no pattern was detected. With no pattern being detected cheaters are never caught.
There was a Crotian clicker going around that only they new about. It was perfect. The only way Nickacc got caught was him admitting (to me) in an instant message conversation over msn. Everyone knew he was cheating, but floR's system couldn't prove it. The only real proof of him cheating (outside of outrageous numbers) was his own admittance.
You all can make fun of me all you want for getting on here and ranting while I was drunk, I'm cool with that, I've also bragged about smoking weed before, big deal. If you all believe that takes away from any of my credibility than so be it. Ender can call it "FUD" and impostors can make fake bots making fun of me, I don't care, just know that everything I'm saying is true, and to say that this game was not built around cheating would be sustaining a lie; and you can not sustain a lie.

Actually Ender has explained his method occasionally on how he catches cheaters, sometimes. He changes the code for the Fight again/Train again links by altering them for the specific bot he's looking at. When he does this a script can't adapt to the changes, a "live" person can. That's obviously a crude explanation.

I talked to Alan earlier today, and he told me that his script has had over 300 downloads in the past 6 months. That being said, yes, people are obviously still clicking. He also said my earlier post was spot on and a solid read. Everyone should read it just to get a grasp on how we got to where we are. I'd love to hear Enders input, I think he could give me more than "FUD" when I've actually given legitament facts to back up my original post. It's the way this game has always been played.
