I would guess Xerex for level, and shoe for total energy.

Shoe for sure, rumour has it he can kick riven and neps any day and rule top energy forever!

he "can" kick them but would you wanna get on the wrong side of rivan ...

he could kick neps' bot as it isn't neps anymore. therefore handing top spot to rivan and creating some competition for it?

maybe he doesnt want to ruine its energy on it so doesnt want to kick it?

after all that contributes to eternals clan energy

maybe little neps will be turned into a ratio, seems like that would be the best use for it at this time ;)
