I assume the title targets this thread at a tiny portion of the player base, if anyone at all, but I wanted somewhere to brag!
I was just playing Hearthstone while doing LFR SoO 2 to get my druid some valor. I took my turn on Hearthstone, looked back at WoW and saw that everyone was dead (on Galakras) and he was running towards me, so it was a wipe, maybe my fault for not paying attention.
Anyway, for some reason I started running away from him and found out I could stay out of melee range using travel form/dash/stampeding roar and displacer beast. Galakras is at about 15% at this point and raid chat is being spammed with "ffs just die already" equivalents. I noticed the NPC's were slowly dpsing him down so I continued kiting, throwing the odd moonfire and healing through the AOE damage I was taking. Eventually raid chat changed to "omg pls dont die" and about 3 minutes later Galakras died! Raid chat was going insane haha.
TL;DR: Solo'd Galakras from 15% on my resto druid.
