Sorry wiggin, non bots question incoming.

I’ve noticed a few of you logged onto D2 resurrected, is it worth buying? Give me the pros & cons please :)

When looking at the lobby list it refreshes automatically every 10 seconds and the manual refresh is borked, probably the most annoying thing imo. Game still crashes here and there but a lot of that along with server issues are fixed at this point. The game feels pretty authentic in replicating the experience from XX years ago, I was pleasantly surprised how well that held up on the bnet side of things.

Another small gripe I have is that mouse and keyboard didn't get the same QoL update that came with controller, being able to have multiple skills on your bar at once as opposed to needing to scroll or hotkey through them and then cast with separate inputs. The new graphics keep the same vibe imo too, I really never think twice about them while I'm playing which is a good sign.

I'm loving it Les, no regrets buying it.

hanging out for ladder to be introduced - just enjoying playing through the game and quests to experience the new graphics as I'll rush things once ladder starts and miss 90% of the game.

Brought my necro to 86 and now working on my assassin for the last days, 73 now. Still loving the game :)

How is progress for others going?

D2R is the main reason for my inactivity on bots of late :p I was playing online initially, but the stash space restrictions and needing to use mules, along with the outdated lobby pushed me back to single player. Since then I've been just mostly farming, gearing up for ubers. My best finds so far have been 30% maras and soj from meph, and yesterday a 30% DF from pindle while simply trying to level my lv91 sorc... Needless to say I think I've used up all my luck for the near future, lol

Lvl 90 Assassin, lvl 87 necro and now a lvl 70 paladin are my higher characters. Also was able to make an Enigma for the first time in D2 history , never had it before :)

Loving the game more than i used to lol

Loved D2 as a kid... and love D2R now as an adult, buy it, play it, love it

but remember never forget all the other games that got you there, like this one

I've been playing a bit on my Switch. Super nostalgic. Playing a minionmancer with really crappy gear, but somehow made it to act 1 hell as level ~70ish after a few months of very casual gameplay. I don't see myself getting into it the way I did as a teenager, but it's still fun for an occasional distraction.
