This is purely for fun and all players are welcome to enter. Im hosting a tournament of bots to see who is the most creative out of the playerbase. If this gains traction and people seem interested I will run more than this one.

Rules are as follows:

All bots wishing to enter must have been created after this post and must include Nov2023 in their bot name.

All players are all 1 bot per person.

You must join this clan with the bot http://bots4.net/clans/profile/6157/Bots-Tourny

Ratio whores, Kudo bots, stars and workshopping are forbidden from use for this tournament.

You may not attack bots from the tournament in order to sabotage or gain knowledge on what other players are building.

To verify noone breaks the rules above you must provide me access to the bot so that I can verify weekly no rules are broken to cheat to this point.

Final tournament bracket will be seeded at random via wheel spin.

Level cap for this first tournament will be 85

You will have until December 1st 2023 to finish your bot.

Tournament will be run in a bo5 format with bots alternating who is attacking after each fight.

Kudos will be provided during the tournament so repairs are covered for all bots.

Winner of this tournament will receive 2 stars from me with 2nd and 3rd receiving 1

I am barred from entering due to knowledge of builds of the bots.

All builds will be publicly posted at the time of the tournament as I go through the fights.

Ill remove the name restriction based on an oversight oldtime pointed out. name it whatever you want.

Only 4 entrants currently the rules may be a bit harsh. I will relax the rules a bit and allow RWs and Kudo bots stars and workshopping remain forbidden.

As a reminder to the workshop rules this means you cannot use any redis points at all

Welp, I'm out then. Already pumped INT to 45 as I was going to train for kudos since a kudos bot was against the rules. Without the kudos bot, I figured having 45 int for training was the only way to realistically acquire enough for good armor.

I had assumed that no workshop freaking meant no redissing STR/DEX to CON once the build was complete.

I think we can redis int, into our final stats. I think what he meant was no redissing after acquiring our final gear

That's what I assumed, but I guess the only way to be 100% sure no one cheats is if they don't redis at all, and thus lack the changed your mind trophy. The OG rules prohibited a kudos whore, so that would have meant training on 10 INT.

I'd imagine you'll still be fine if you've redissed, as long as you let Zizu log in and see your armours/stats when you equip your weapons. Just have to prove you aren't redissing to skip buying certain armours

Count me out, then. This should have been clarified from the start, as it seems like people made the same assumption I did. Going by the initial rules meant training on 10 INT. Now that RW and kudo whores can be used, kudos are a moot point. Oh well.

I was going to train to 85, redis down to 10 INT, and get my gear. You already have access to this bot, so it'd be clear as day that all I did was redis the INT and not take STR/DEX to add to con. I feel like I'm getting shafted here, and I'm sure others have already made the same mistake.

Oh well. I wont be making a new bot to enter.

Just to be clear about what Gpof mentioned. If I use strength gears such as troll shoe or face of horror to grab gear with a higher requirement of strength, then, sell the trolls and or face of horror, putting my body armour in the red. Is that ok?

Or the completed armour set has to be in the green?

Id recommend that every get the mindreave III and keep their xp at the low end before the fights.

even still, not sure if everyone will stay at 85 during the fights.

I missed out on this by a few weeks and would be interested in participating in something similar if it happens again in the future.
