Here is the procedure for requesting perm star transfers:
- Temp the star(s) you want moved to the destination bot.
- Send me a bmail from the star owner bot telling me which stars you want perm'd and how many. For example, "move 3 stars to id 1337".
The request must come from the star owner bot! I could probably match up IPs myself to prove a bot was really owned by someone, but I could also imagine a scenario where a scammer sells a bot with stars, then immediately requests a star transfer with another bot while the IP is still "hot". I'm sure this would be very rare, but it's just safer to follow the posted policy since real money is involved.

Can we get them perm transferred between our own bots, just for ease of management?
Obviously this could be limited so we aren't wasting too much of your time.

Yeah, you can request them to be transferred for any reason and however frequently as long as the above guidelines are met.

Timelock is covered by having to temp them. Perm xfer doesn't reset it.

Self-serve perm star transfers were added nearly 3 years ago, so I think it's a bit overdue to un-sticky this thread. :)
