I remember Ender stating that he would be allowed to keep the stars because of the lack of posted penalties for when someone get's caught being a jackass(cheating) but Ender also mentioned a few times as well that he discouraged buying the stars to help the jackass in question to cash out on the game.

I have never created bots cheating, with the purpose of selling them. I have never sold any bots for cash or stars. All stars where bought by me by legal means and with my own cash.

Now you're saying I should be punished for cheating with the price of stars, but they have nothing to do with the fact that I cheated.

that's why I am almost giving them for free, because it is my right to do so, since the marketplace exists.

Everything you guys said would be correct IF the stars would have been obtained by cheating means.

I didn't read all of this thread, but I just want to say that the "stars are forfeit" rule was not applied to skipper because I made that after I caught him. In other words, he's allowed to sell them.

You do recognize I'm hurting my own profit margin by allowing these stars to be sold, yes? I don't make a dime on these transactions and every star purchased from another player is one less sold by me, so if I were being selfish, these stars would be gone.

As for your claim that I give allowances to cheaters, I rule with a fair, but iron fist [1] [2] [3] and have put considerable thought into the game's policies in dealing with these situations when they do arise [4] [5] [6].

What I don't do is make up new rules and retroactively punish people with them. I know I wouldn't want to play a game where I was subject to the admin's whims.
