It seems I have to tip my hand prematurely.

I can't allow the Digitron bot to be sold because its owner has been using automated scripts to play the game. I've had the evidence for some time now, but hadn't acted because I was on vacation and didn't want to deal with potential lashback/counterstrike while overseas. I was hoping to put this off until I could publish the actual game rules and setup a proper punishment system, but in this case the cheating was very obvious so there's not really any grey area. The likely punishment will be reset/lock (effectively deletion), so please don't bid on this bot. The same probably applies to the other bots being sold, but I have not looked into those as closely.

Sorry to have to do this publicly Digitron, but you shouldn't have tried to profit on something gained through questionable means.

Ender already said an automatic refresh script is against the rules anyway, so even if that was the only thing you cheated with you still cheated.

And if there's one thing that pisses me off more than little script kiddies like you that waste my time with this nonsense and make me spend time writing security code instead of actual game features, it's continuing to lie to me after you've been caught. Lesser cheaters have had greater grace before you and it's quite unbecoming to continue to deny it. I was fine with letting you continue to use your bot until I got around to doling out punishment, but if you continue to be difficult, that could change.

Those are some mighty quick fingers you have there. But let me guess, your script (that you clearly don't use) only refreshes and buys, but nothing else? I'm not going to sit here and keep showing you all my evidence because the onus isn't on me to provide it and I'm not going to have this back and forth with you. Your story will just change in response to each new piece I present, as it already has. It's time to grow up and own up to your actions.

Delete the cheaters bot for cheating and then for lying about it. I detest cheaters and liers too. Grrrrr....

Advice to other cheaters. Ender KNOWS what he's doing here because he is a professional programmer. He isn't some kid that's just fucking around. If he says cheating was going on then cheating was going on. PERIOD.

Just a question, why would you feel the need to cheat on an online game that doesn't really mean anything? its here to pass the time and for us to enjoy, you must have to be either a very sad person or one of the most competitive people i've ever encountered in order for you to cheat.

This may be a tricky one, but an observation nonetheless. I don't know if the bot has been reset, or rendered unusable. If it has simply been reset, just pointing out that it has some high achievements that would still be present I would imagine. Just a thought.

No. His bot still has the achievements. I don't think anything should be left of that bot. And he himself said that all his bots had the script used with them.

I bought bot Digi , 110 lvl from Tito so script was not used on that bot and Ender can see that cause i played maybe 2h with that bot

I just wanted to reset Digitron before the end of the month so it wouldn't get any of the top xxx achievements. Resetting requires a bit of manual work, so I'll hold off on resetting the others for now.

great you would think after bots2 being gone for awhile we would drop the cheating, but i guess as long as games are out there, there will always be someone who cant stand playing legitly and has to use some script or code to cheat their way through the game.
