When trying to 0% condition weapons, does dex matter? I know str matters, quite a lot. So you want a weapon that is close to your str, or above it, but does dex affect the speed it will hit 0% too?

E.g. Say I have 390 str, 130 dex. I equip a blaster maul(390/130) and a slasher(390/100). Will the blaster break before the slasher due to its higher dex requirement?

I think dex only matters if the weapon requires more dex than str, so in your scenario the weapons should break at the same rate.

If your str is higher, your weapon relies on your strength. Same with dex.

Its like (currentstr-weaponstr)/50. Thats your chance to take damage. Max of 25% maybe?

At a certain point, you weapon will only degrade so fast.

Details on the durability formula can be found here (read my 2011-06-12 14:15:03 post). So yes, dex only matters if the weapons's req dex is higher than it's req str.
