So around 3 or 4 months ago, I bought some ratio whores of this guy, (Virus Detected) he wanted 4 stars for those, then he told me he had several other accounts for sale.

I then bought those off him for 8 stars, so 12 stars all up, which infact I did buy for specifically for the bots that day which cost me around $140aud,

anyways so he had told me he would change those emails that day, I waited a whole 4 days for him to message me back telling me he can't change the emails because they're his brothers (Leader) emails and i would have to wait a day for him to come on,

I then waited a week and still nothing, he then changed the passwords to EVERY account I had just bought and proceeded to tell me I was trying to rip him off...

He told me he would send my stars back to me then changed his story telling me he was "working out of town" which is complete bullshit as he told me he is still in school and only 13.. What 13 year old kid leaves town to work??

So all in all I've now been waiting 4 months for my stars back.

YES I have read the "trading and buying section" which is why I haven't bothered contacting the boss man as it clearly states that it's pretty much never the actual scammers fault.

Hell yeah I'm pissed, I spent $140 on something I thought was all good, this will not stop me from enjoying and playing when I can. I was tempted to charge back the cash from the stars, but I'm not that kind of person.

I still believe that scammers on here should get punished in whatever way possible.

Yeah, we actually spoke for a solid month or so before that, he seemed like a pretty chill dude, but as the saying goes, "don't trust no bitch"

Honestly, I would have contacted Ender asap (like after a couple of weeks max) and have him transfer the stars back to you. If that can even be done I don 't know.

I recently made a deal with a guy that was quitting the game but he was and still is a very well known player in the game so i knew he would in no way try to scam me.

I feel really bad for you. I hate that people would try to screw an honest person like you in games like this. I would suggest that you still try to contact Ender and see what he can do for you. Do it as soon as possible.

I do know that Ender will not stand for people trying to scam other players. So contact him.

I read the "Trade at your own risk" topic, but that seems to be aimed mostly at people who do business with players who have been caught cheating (autoclicking). Provided this player hasn't actually cheated, Ender should be able to help you. 140 bucks is a lot to drop on a game, and scammers or anyone attempting to scam other players out of their hard earned cash should be heavily penalized. In my opinion, they should be banned outright.

I won't get into what Ender should or shouldn't do, if there are bmail trails he should be able to help, but Leaders brother is pretty notorious for being a bit of a bastard and I'd be wary of any deals with him. In general, try to use the forum wherever possible when making deals as more experienced players can warn you away from people like him. I know this doesn't help now, sucks that you got scammed.

Well it was a bmail trade, and I was going to contact ender but had a read on the "trading at your own risk" and thought I would have no hope. I might even give him a message to see what he can do, if nothing can come of this then life goes on and lesson learnt.

The bottom line is Osh you make deals and don't stick to them after you receive your part, it's happened to me for 60 gbp and now by the looks of it fifty as well. You can't moan about the price afterwards if you have agreed on something. You have ended up with all my bots for 60 gbp and said you would send another 60 gbp when you could and to think you are on here moaning about being scammed is a bit incredible. Maybe you know how I felt now when you lied to me, after all the help I gave you when you were scammed too!?

Yes I was asking hence the question mark. I can think of words that are incredibly racist and if a person not of that race was to say it to somebody of that race/nation it would insult them 99% of the time but would probably not be used very much in the USA as you don't have the same "setup".
