On the documentation, it says there are a total of 13,973 bots in existence. But this user: http://bots4.net/profile/13974/Sparda has id 13974. I don't understand how that's possible

Pretty sure Ender said the server works in a way that bots can't be deleted.

Just to make my stance clear on this, bot deletion is tricky because virtually all of the codebase assumes bots will never be deleted. There are obviously ways around this though, so I'm not against adding this feature. It would just be a lot of work for something I consider relatively unimportant though. So it will likely come eventually, but it's very low priority.

Those bots Alan says got deleted must've done something pretty serious, considering Ender is already against the idea of bot deletion.

Some IDs are missing, most notably ID 21 from the ID HoF. I asked about this in OB:

Probably the same case for the other bot or two that have been deleted
