I will tell you how boss Neps in a quick, simple list.

This month he will be awarded these Platinum trophies:

• Top Level neps
• Top Str neps
• Top Dex neps
• Top Int Kudos
• Top Wins small neps
• Top Energy little neps
• Top Monthly Energy little neps
• Top Clan neps & little neps & Lorenzo

Monthly Platinum Trophies He isn't getting:

• Top Con AlbertoContador
• George Washington Sera
• Top 10 Monthly Energy list

It is notable that if he gets in gear he could get into that top 10 with Lorenzo.

Don't forget all the highest stat trophies in his heartattack&vine clan

Except for dex though, forgot he doesn't have that one (yet?) lol

he also has top losses with his int bot

I included everything as it is right now and top losses isn't a trophy or else I would have included it :(

Well the trophy for it on glass cannon is like trimmed with gold, thought it might mean otherwise :S

That means he hasn't clicked it off yet on that bot. This list is a projection for the end of January trophies.

Also, Most Platinum's will be his too if the ranking system for a tie is decided on who has the lower ID number. I personally do not know how tie breakers work on that list.

Well when he was tied with Smeagols level he got 1st, and Smeagol has a lower ID so I have no idea.

Yes, it is sorted by ID, all things equal. I doubt I was ever exactly tied with Smeagol though, in case of same level they are sorted by proximity to levelup. Not impossible, but think of the odds. :)
